GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — A person has been arrested after allegedly taking pictures and killing one other man he lived with, Gwinnett County Police mentioned.
The Gwinnett County Police Division is investigating a murder involving two roommates. Officers acquired a 911 telephone name from a residence on the 800 block of Roxholly Lane simply after 1:30 a.m. on Thursday.
When officers arrived, they discovered a person — who has now been recognized as 32-year-old Gavin Fitzgibbon — lifeless inside the house. He had been shot not less than one time, police mentioned.
Officers then spoke with witnesses who have been inside the house once they arrived and detained one man for questioning.
The suspect has been recognized as 28-year-old Ian Stewart. He has been charged with malice homicide, felony homicide, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm throughout the fee of a felony.


Police mentioned each Fitzgibbon and Stewart lived on the dwelling, and preliminary info signifies this was from a home dispute. Stewart was booked into the Gwinnett County Jail.
