Atlanta allow expediter accused of stealing spouse’s notary stamp to forge licenses, allow paperwork

ATLANTA – Walter Jordan, an Atlanta metropolis allow expediter, has been arrested for forgery, id theft, making false statements and theft by taking. The Atlanta Police Division says the well-known businessman stole his spouse’s notary stamp and used it to forge allow paperwork.
