Chef Highlight: Danté Serra

Danté Serra was raised in a food-centric Italian household in Buffalo, New York, however has cooked for eating places within the Carolinas for the final 11 years. Now he’s on the helm of the Hole, a wild recreation–targeted eatery in Columbia, South Carolina. Serra talks about unique native greens, a well-liked entree to strive, and an important tour on the town.

Native Aptitude | “We get our greens from South Carolina farms and purpose to make them attention-grabbing.
