Thomas Harold Davis, of Covington, handed away, Thursday, April 10, 2025, on the age of 88. Mr. Davis was a faithful man of religion and energy who leaves behind a legacy of affection, perseverance, and unwavering character. He discovered pleasure in singing Christian music and lifting up his voice in reward. He was very aggressive in any respect video games; bingo, Mexican practice dominos, bridge, hearts, and so on. His arms had been not often still—he loved fishing, woodworking, gardening and creating with care and talent. He used these expertise for 30 years restoring an 1890 historic house on Floyd Avenue after retiring from AT&T as an engineer. He was very patriotic and served within the Nationwide Guard. Mr. Davis was a loving husband, faithfully married for 61 years till the passing of his spouse. His life was a sworn statement of putting up with love and dedication. His presence, songs, and energy will probably be missed by all who knew and cherished him. He was preceded in demise by his loving spouse, Bonnie Ruth Davis; mother and father, Man andAnnie Ophelia Davis.
Survivors embrace daughter Tammy Denson (Jay); son, LaMar Davis (Judy); grandchildren, Zachary Beiser (Jessie Jones); Carmen Davis (Mathew); Kelsey Jones (Joseph); Jaymi Neary (Sky); great-grandchildren: Aiden Castleberry, Brixley Neary, andHuxley Neary.
Visitation will probably be held on Thursday, April 17, 2025 from 10-11am at Caldwell & Cowan Funeral Residence, 1215 Entry Street, Covington, GA 30014. The Funeral Service will happen on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at 11am within the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan.
